The new complex for producing apatite concentrate at the ANOF-2 apatite-nepheline ore-dressing plant is a complete process cycle for beneficiation of up to 7 million tons of ore per year. This project has solved the unique task of ensuring ore beneficiation with P2O5 content of 4 to 12.5% (cut-off grade ore, poor, raw ores).
The first process line for the apatite concentrate production was launched at the freed-up capacities of the ANOF-2 nepheline concentrate production. During revamp, both new technological and available equipment were efficiently used.
Under the JSC NIUIF project, crushing and delivery complexes № 1 and № 2, designed for crushing and transporting ore from +425m and +450m levels, were put into operation at the Rasvumchorr mine of KB JSC Apatit.
On February 15, JSC NIUIF, at “The Best Available Technique in the Mineral Fertilizer Industry: Problems, Implementation and Prospects” conference, held a research and practice seminar “Analytical Services Role in Ensuring Quality of Mineral Fertilizers and Sulphuric Acid”.
